DYNAMIC FC STUNS CERES; REMAINS UNBEATEN

DEFENDING champion Dynamic Builders Football Club remained undefeated after a win from behind over Ceres Transport FC last Sunday in the ongoing 2011 Yanson Group of Bus Companies (YGBC) 9-A-Side Football Tournament played at the Ayala North Point, Talisay City.

Dynamic stunned Ceres and spoiled the 2nd minute goal from Dave Javellana when Ian Treyes and Eliseo Palomo nailed a pair of goals in the last minutes of play to give Dynamic their fourth straight in the tournament.

Treyes scored the team’s goal in the 45th minute as Palomo nailed the winning goal in the 58th minute.

Dynamic’s win kept them on top of the tournament while Ceres dropped to No.2 with 3-1 card.

On the other hand, Talisay FC made similar victory of Dynamic as it defeated Real Negrense FC from behind, 2-1 and posted a 2-2 record in the league.

Real’s Reynante Montinola scored in the 51st minute to register a 1-nil lead in the game but quick goals from Talisay’s N. Jardio and Mark Arandilla in the 57th minutes reversed the end game result.

In the other match, FJ Serios led Trimaxi to prevail over Las Buenas FC, 5-2.

Despite LBFC’s 2-nil led in the early minutes of play behind Pimar and Ryan Ambong, Trimaxi was able to convert 5 goals and eventually won the match.

Serios scored 2 goals as Theo Limas, Alejandro Montelibano and Nacho Mendezona had a goal apiece.

Games resume Sunday, October 30.
